Do you require a subscription?

First and foremost, we do not require a subscription for you to purchase any of our boxes. We are exploring the option of offering a subscription, but we will never require one from you. Our goal is to provide you a collection of high quality, hand-made items from multiple small businesses and indie authors all in one place. 

What do you get?

We offer both a book only box and a full box option. In the full box you will receive a collection of handmade items from various small businesses that are themed and curated to the featured special edition.

Can I cancel?

Currently all our books are on a preorder basis and cannot be cancelled. Please be aware of this when placing orders, as all orders are final. 

Why is it taking so long to ship?

Our current turnaround time is four to six months after preorder closes. However, we are working diligently to decrease that wait time. Please be patient as we are a one-woman show (who can occassionally rope her husband into helping pack) when it comes to shipping orders. My package was lost or stollen.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

My book arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?

Damaged books are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In order to be considered, we will need pictures of the damage and the shipping box. Replacements will only be sent after the damaged product is returned. We will provide a return label as a courtesy, but if you are unable to print the label, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. 

What's considered damaged:

  • Significant dents or crunches to the spine or corners.
  • Rips or damage to interior pages that affects readability.
